ICD Support Group

​

The ICD Patient Support Group was formed in 2002, by ICD patients with the sole purpose of helping, supporting, educating and informing other ICD patients who have been through sometimes traumatic but definitely life changing experience, Some of the founding members are still on the committee giving their support.

​

The Group meets 3 times a year, please see Next Meeting or current newsletter for details of upcoming meetings. 

 

As patients we are aware of the medical, nursing and allied professionals at the hospital, who are experts in their field. We can be that extra support for you by inviting you to talk to other people who have been through similar experiences and can also fully appreciate the value of close family, friends and carers.
